Middle School Counselor
My name is Tera Toll and I am the 5-8 grade school counselor for the Macon Elementary and Macon Middle Schools. I began my career at Macon Schools in the fall of 2008. I am a 2000 graduate of Missouri Western State University, with a degree in Social Work and a 2006 graduate of Univeristy of Missouir-Columbia with a Master’s degree, also in Social Work. In 2010 I earned my second Masters degree in Counseling from Stephens College in Columbia. Prior to coming to Macon I worked as the Assistant Director of Women’s Resources for the YWCA in St. Joseph, MO focusing on issues pertaining to women and children. My professional interests are working with students to navigate through middle school in a successful manner. My current memberships include the Missouri School Counselor Association, the Northeast Missouri School Counselor Association, and the NEA.
