The Concert Choir is a non-auditioned choir for mixed voices in Macon R-1 School. The goal of the Concert Choir is to give younger and in-experienced singers a chance to sing in a full choir of mixed voices. This is meant to help them gain confidence and still enjoy singing.

The Concert Choir will participate in CCC Conference Choir, Christmas and Spring Concerts and District Music Festival. Members will be encouraged to audition for NEMO All District Choir and to either take a solo or sing in a small ensemble at District Music Festival.

The attire for Concert Choir will be Macon Choir Robes for all performances:

Women will wear a shirt and skirt or black pants or leggings with black shoes under their robes.

Men will wear a shirt and black pants and black shoes with their robes.
