Introducing Little Tigers Pre-K for Fall of 2025!
Macon R-1 is thrilled to announce the opening of our preschool program and look forward to fostering a nurturing and engaging environment where young learners can grow and thrive.
We invite parents to complete the following Google Form to secure a chance for your child to join our exciting new preschool!
Little Tigers Pre-K provides essential Kindergarten readiness skills that will effectively jump-start students for a successful transition into Kindergarten.
When filling out this Google Form for the preschool application (provided on the link below), please keep in mind that submitting the form does not guarantee a spot in the program. The application is a necessary step in our enrollment process, and we will review all submissions carefully. Once we have processed the applications, we will notify families regarding their child's enrollment status. Thank you for your interest in our preschool program!
- Priority will be given to students who qualify for free or reduced lunch.
- Priority will be given to children who are 4 years old by July 31, 2025.
- 40 spots will be available on a first come first serve basis.
- Children who are 3 years old by July 31, 2025, may be considered for acceptance if the 40 available spots are not filled.
- Filling out this form is Step 1 in the registration process. Step 2 will come later from the elementary office.

Program Highlights:
No cost to families enrolled
Drop off starts at 7:35 a.m., Pick up is from 3:25-3:35 p.m.
Follows the Macon R-1 School District calendar
Will be located on the 2nd Floor of Central Office
Breakfast & lunch provided daily
Taught by certified teachers and paraprofessionals in each of our two classrooms
